1. Who is responsible for cookies
The Website https://euro-brand.pl/ is operated by MODIGIFTS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Al. Jerozolimskie 107 lok. 3, 02-011 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000966374, VAT/NIP PL5242938416, e-mail: info@euro-brand.pl. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone) when you use a website. Other technologies that store or read information on your device (e.g. browser local storage) work similarly; this policy applies to all of them.
3. Consent
- Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent – without them the website, cart and forms would not work properly.
- WooCommerce sbjs_* cookies are stored when you enter the website and are used only to attribute the traffic source to an order placed in our store (no data is shared with third parties).
- Functional, analytics and advertising cookies are stored only after you consent in the banner shown on your first visit. You can accept all (“Accept all”), reject all (“Reject all”) or choose categories (“Customise”).
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the cookie settings icon in the corner of the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- We use Google Consent Mode. Until you consent, Google services do not store analytics or advertising cookies; they may only send anonymised technical signals (without cookie identifiers) used for aggregated statistical modelling.

5. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) – visit statistics. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) – ad measurement and remarketing. Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com.
- Google reCAPTCHA – protecting forms against spam.
- Google Fonts – displaying fonts; when fonts are loaded, Google receives the device’s IP address.
- CookieYes (CookieYes Limited) – cookie banner and consent records.
- Bitrix24 – chat and contact forms on the Contacts page.
Some of these services may transfer data outside the European Economic Area – see the Privacy Policy (section 5).
6. Browser settings
Regardless of the banner, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the cart, login or forms from working.
