Courier
The delivery cost is calculated according to the current pricing of the courier company. The average delivery time is 2-5 business days from the moment the order is prepared for shipment.
Personal pickup
Personal pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 at our headquarters:

You will be individually notified about the pickup date once your order is ready.

Return of goods and Warranty
Products with logo:
Products with printed logos are subject to a special return policy. According to our terms, products with logos are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. If you purchased a product without a logo and wish to return it for any reason, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
